This website is the property of FSDS. The Website is only available for personal, non-commercial use and its use is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Your access of the FSDS Website signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

1.Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

2.Acceptance of Order 
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

3. Returns
For FSDS on-line purchases you are entitled to a credit note or full refund within seven days following the date you  received your item. Please note we are unable to refund packing and secure postage charges. Returns must be sent back  to FSDS within 7 days unworn and in perfect condition with all original boxes, packaging and with a Product Return reference number. If you wish to exchange or return an item please call on 01273 80 66 80 to provide item details and your reason for return, you will then be given a Product Return reference number. As we do not accept responsibility for any items damaged or "lost" in transit we recommend using the Post Office Special Delivery ^tm  for your own protection. We do not accept responsibility for postage fees.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Once your item has been received we will contact you to issue a refund or a credit note.

4. Product Description
FSDS endeavours to keep all information on this website as accurate as possible. Because of the nature of the products in that the items are hand made there may be small variations in dimensions of some of the products. Please also note, some images are not be to scale and for designs incorporating stones colours may vary according to individual computer settings. FSDS will update any information on an on-going basis to ensure it is completely accurate as soon as possible.
 
5. Prices
Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. All prices quoted include 17.5 VAT.

6. Designs
The designs of all products remain the property of the designers and are protected against copying by domestic and international law.  Copying of any product in any form will be an infringement of the designers' intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. Please note the images remain the property of FSDS and any use must be requested and agreed to in writing.

7. Privacy
FSDS is committed to securing our customers’ privacy. We do not and will not share any mailing lists or any customer information. If you provide us with information including your name and address, your email address and telephone numbers in order to process your request, all information will be stored in a secure database. We reserve the right to disclose your information if the law requires us to do so.
